THE BENEFITS

  • Safe work-out sessions – learn how to perform your exercise safely and efficiently.
  • Time-efficient training – no one wants, or needs, to spend hours training. Your health and fitness goals can best be achieved with little more than thirty minutes per day, two to three times per week.

THE BENEFITS OF EXERCISE

Exercise that increases your heart rate and challenges you a bit gives you a performance edge, burns calories and confers many health benefits. Not only is it important to keep the cardiovascular system in top shape from a performance perspective, but health implications with regard to aerobic and strength training loom importantly too.

The health benefits of exercise include the following

  • A stronger and healthier heart.
  • Increased HDL. This good cholesterol helps keep your arteries unplugged and healthy.
  • Decreased total cholesterol. This is the debris in the blood that can clog your arteries.
  • Reduced blood pressure. Even moderate exercise can help.
  • Reduced risk for heart attack and stroke.
  • Decreased body fat and an ability to help maintain optimal weight. You will become a better fat burner and burn a lot of calories as a result of being more active.
  • A stronger, leaner body with improved bone density and reduced likelihood of osteoporosis.

For those wishing to hold classes for employees, sporting clubs, community groups etc. the following classes can be run as individual units incorporated into your existing program or as part or our corporate training, seminars and workshops.

Beginners

Prime Movers (50+)

  • Gentle movement to increase fitness & improve circulation

Pre-natal

  • Safe exercises for the pregnant woman who wishes to maintain her health & fitness throughout pregnancy

Fat loss
